This cemetery is on I-35 immediately southwest of Troy, just south of FM 1237 and Little Elm Rd. According to the current administrators of this cemetery, it used to be called Mt Zion Cemetery. (I assume it was affiliated with a church at one point.) It is currently an incorporated cemetery and may eventually be renamed simply, "Garden of Memories". It was said that this may have been a "colored only" cemetery decades ago. The current administrators can be contacted at:
